Our New Dojo Location

It is with much pleasure and privilege that I announce that we will be moving our wonderful little Dojo to new premises….
Our new Dojo will be located at:
Station Village
Upstairs Studio (next to Lollipops Play Land)
499 Hutt Road, Lower Hutt…
It will be much larger in overall size and offer improved training, changing and social facilities for everyone to enjoy…
Anticipated Start Date – Monday 19th October
We are hoping to be operational there the week beginning Monday the 19th October with a new weekly class and class instructors’ schedule…

“JUKU” – Making our Dojo a Special Place
We must make the most of this opportunity to make our new Dojo premises unique with “JUKU” in our minds and hearts, we must make it a special place, a special place for us all to enjoy together…

I would like to express my sincere and deepest thanks to everyone for your amazing dedication and support of our wonderful little Dojo….
It has developed into a truly encouraging and supportive community of people, all devoted to creating a better way forward for our children and our families…

Seido Karate North Island Tournament Announced – Saturday 24th October 2015

It’s official, the Seido Karate North Island Tournament for 2015 will be held on Saturday 24th October at the Renouf Tennis Centre…in Wellington

Students 10 years of age and up only will be able to enter this year….

So let’s all get fitter, stronger and faster and get ready to compete hard as a Dojo….these tournaments are always fun and challenging…

You get to meet old friends and make new ones all day long…..

Dojo Black Belts Scholarship awarded to Outstanding Junior student Ryan Marson – 23rd June 2015

The “smiles” say it all as the Dojo’s first Black Belts Scholarship was awarded to a most deserving and outstanding junior student for 2015 Ryan Marson…

A new award to the Dojo and created by the Dojo’s Black Belt students, the award is presented to one junior student each year in acknowledgement of their diligence and dedication to their karate training…

A proud Ryan Marson is the recipient of the Scholarship for 2015…

The Scholarship also covering travel and accommodation costs for the selected student to attend the Seido Karate National Australian Tournament in Sydney in November later in the year…

Keep up the great work Ryan…
