6.00pm to 7.30pm – ALL ADULTS

MONDAYS and WEDNESDAYS:
4.30pm to 5.15pm – Juniors Beginners / White Belts 8-12 years
5.15pm to 6.00pm – Juniors Blue Belts (ALL Junior Blue Belts)
6.00pm to 7.00pm – Juniors Green Belt and above
7.00pm to 8.00pm – Black Belts (Monday Only)
Tuesdays and Thursdays:
4.30pm to 5.15pm – Juniors Beginners / White Belt 4-7 years
5.15pm to 6.00pm – Juniors Yellow Belts (ALL Junior Yellow Belts)
6.00pm to 7.30pm – Adults / Collegiate (16 years and above) General – (ALL Collegiate (16 years and above) / Adults)
Fridays:
5.00pm to 6.00pm – Junior Academy Group (ALL Junior Academy Group students)
