A strong family values oriented dojo

Seido Lower Hutt Celebrates its First Black Belt Student – Leighton Szeto Wednesday 10th April 2013

Wednesday the 10th of April was a most significant and special day for Seido’s Lower Hutt Dojo…..

After a gruelling and challenging 3 and a half hour grading taken by Kyoshi Tony Gaeta, South Wellington Seido’s principal instructor, Leighton Szeto emerged as Lower Hutt Dojo’s first black belt student…

The special highlights of this grading being his exemplary standard of technique, his strength of spirit and his determination to attain this most special of achievements in his karate journey…

The Lower Hutt Dojo’s vocal support club of in excess of 100 strong young and old, a true testament to the Dojo’s incredible sense of family and togetherness….

Well Done and Huge Congratulations to Giovanna Moretto, Cathie Duthie and My Hanh Hoang, you are all a credit to your Brooklyn Dojo and most importantly to yourselves and families…..

My warmest wishes to you all on this very special achievement
