It was a most welcome surprise to have Kyoshi Dave from SEIDO Timaru Dojo drop in to share class time with us tonight….

 

It is always a good feeling when SEIDO instructors and students visit us whenever they are in Wellington….and even better when they share their wealth of knowledge and experience so openly with us all…

 

We all enjoyed your company and the black belt group in particular buzzing after your guiding them through some of the applications held within Seienchin Kata…
